Happy hiking!
We're taking on San Diego one hike at a time. And when we can't do a San Diego hike, we'll take this show on the road to cover those adventures too. We may not have the inside scoop on hiking in San Diego (& other points on occasion), but we have real stories of urban hiking.

I just stumbled upon your blog. Great info and photos!
Have you ever researched the planned (but not yet complete) Coast to Crest Trail? The idea is that you will be able to hike from Del Mar to the Volcan Mountain. The most developed sections are the areas around Lake Hodges, so I hope to start around there.
Happy hiking!
Alissa: great lead & we haven't heard of that yet ... we're adding it to the list! We have about 6 more hikes we have to write posts for so stay tuned!
